Susan Wilson, MBA joined the MPCA in September 2008 as Chief Operating Officer.  Prior to beginning her work at the MPCA, she gained over twenty years of hands-on health center experience during her tenure as Finance Director and then CEO at Northwest Health Services, a multi-site, multi-specialty Community Health Center (FQHC) serving northwest Missouri. She is the Director of the MPCA’s Center for Health Care Quality, and led MPCA’s creation of the Missouri Quality Improvement Network that provides data warehousing and clinical quality reporting for Missouri’s FQHCs.  She is active in the National Association of Community Health Centers, immediate past chair of the Health Center Controlled Networks Task Force, and currently serves as Chair of the governing board of the Missouri Health Connection (Missouri’s Health Information Exchange.) Ms. Wilson graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Public Administration, and completed an Executive Master’s in Business Administration at the University of Nebraska-Omaha.  She was in the inaugural class of the University of California-Los Angeles and Johnson & Johnson Health Care Executive Program.
