  • When is the Performance Management Institute?
    • The institute will be held February 13-15, 2024, in Clearwater Beach, Florida.
  • Where will the institute be held?
    • The institute will be held at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort in Clearwater Beach, Florida. The hotel is located at:

  • Who attends the institute?
    • The institute gathers together the country’s top health and human service executives and a team of expert faculty to discuss all the latest innovations and challenges uniquely affecting this field.

Registration

  • How do I register?
    • There are two ways to register for the 2024 Performance Management Institute:
    • 1. You can register for the event online here.
    • 2. You can register by phone by calling the OPEN MINDS Education Events team at 717-334-1329 or 877-350-6463. Regular business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Eastern.
  • What does the institute registration include?
    • Access to all institute sessions
    • Admission to the Institute Exhibit Hall
    • Handouts and presentations from most sessions as well as audio recordings and/or video recordings for 30 days after the event.
    • Networking events as advertised in the agenda
  • Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
    • Yes, you will receive a confirmation email immediately after registration is completed. The email will ask you to review the information that will appear on your attendee badge, and list any other pertinent information related to the institute.
  • What is your cancellation/substitution policy?
    • Requests for refunds must be received in writing at least 30 days prior to an event and are subject to an administrative charge of $50. No refund will be made less than 30 days prior to an event or for complimentary registrations. Substitute enrollment for another OPEN MINDS event on another date will be accepted for an administrative fee of $25, plus the difference in registration fees. An alternate individual may attend in place of a registered attendee at no charge. Requests for refunds are not accepted for group purchases. Unused registrations for a particular event will be added to a group registration subscription for the organization to use for an alternate OPEN MINDS event within one (1) calendar year from the date of purchase. OPEN MINDS reserves the right to use any photos or video footage from OPEN MINDS events for future marketing materials.
  • Are there scholarships available?
    • A select number of scholarships and volunteer opportunities are available. If you are interested, please contact our Education Events team by email at events@openminds.com or by telephone at 717-334-1329.

At The Event

  • How do I register once I get to the institute?
    • The OPEN MINDS Performance Management Institute will be held on the first floor of the Sheraton Sand Key Resort. Follow signs to the registration table.
    • If you have any difficulty, all OPEN MINDS staff will be wearing a orange name badge and will be able to assist you.
    • Registration will begin at 7:30 am on February 13th. At the registration desk, you will receive a name badge, program guide, and a variety of materials from our partners.
  • Where can I get handouts from the presentations?
    • Handouts and presentations will be available to all attendees. The presentations from throughout the event will be posted online and available the week after the event. The link to the presentations will be included in the attendee program guide and will be emailed to all attendees after the event.
  • Where can I get an updated agenda for the institute?
  • How can I learn more about the event sponsors?
    • Many of the institute sponsors will have a booth in the Exhibit Hall. There will also be handouts from sponsors and exhibitors in the attendee bags that you receive at registration.

  • I couldn’t attend the institute, can I still get copies of the presentations?
    • Handouts, presentations, and materials from the sessions are available to Elite members of the OPEN MINDS Circle. After the institute, the presentations will be posted on the event website and in the OPEN MINDS Circle Library for 30 days following the event.   • What should I wear to the institute?
    • We ask all attendees be in business professional clothing.
