Dr. Julie Greenlee has nearly 20 years of experience working in the behavioral health industry both providing and managing direct client care to individuals across the continuum. She has worked as the director of an Emergency Diagnostic Center for children, served as a child-placing director for therapeutic foster care, and has experience providing and supervising community-based services with adults, youth, and their families. She also has an affinity for technology, and while working as the Director of IT and Systems Administration oversaw the successful implementation of several electronic-health records blending her clinical and technical expertise. She is energized when innovating solutions that leverage technology to elevate care.

She is currently the Senior Director of Clinical Quality for ncgCARE, a parent company to a network of behavioral health organizations in the South Atlantic region. She has a certificate in Quality and Safety from the Institute for Healthcare Improvement which has guided her in performing clinical analytics and facilitating quality improvement initiatives. Dr. Greenlee is passionate about engaging individuals with lived experiences as the experts on how the care they receive can be improved – this is especially true for those individuals who are generally oppressed, vulnerable, or otherwise suffering in the context of their community.

Dr. Greenlee graduated magna cum laude with her doctorate in Advanced Studies in Human Behavior from Capella University, earned her Masters in Clinical Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University, and has a Bachelor of Arts in both Psychology and Family Studies from Alderson Broaddus University.
