Jen McCraw, RN, FNP

Jen McCraw currently works with Relias Learning as a Senior Product Manager, innovating a combined analytics and training solution to improve performance in the healthcare industry. Prior to her current role, Jen worked as a Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse in emergency rooms and level 1 trauma hospitals around the country. As a clinician, she was directly impacted by value-based initiatives in healthcare, specifically hospital reporting requirements, Medicare-payment adjustments, and Meaningful Use. In fact, it was during her third Epic implementation that she began diligently pursuing projects in quality improvement, including innovative surgical protocols, a green belt project on readmission reduction, and uses of documentation to improve patient outcomes and reimbursement. She currently uses this clinical expertise and market knowledge to aid Relias in their drive to be a part of the solution for providers and healthcare organizations as they try to navigate these changes. Jen holds a bachelor of science in nursing from Gardner-Webb University, a master of science in nursing from Vanderbilt University, and a master of business administration from NC State University.
