Mr. Dauman graduated from the University at Buffalo with an MSW in 1989 and an MBA in 2001. He has a 28-year career in behavioral health in a variety of direct service positions and has served in Program Management roles and Executive Leadership roles. He also has a 10-year career as the Erie County Department of Mental Health Fiscal Administrator. Mr. Dauman has extensive experience in new program development, grant writing, system reform initiatives and innovative program and fiscal management models. In 2010 Mr. Dauman joined the staff of Spectrum Health and Human Services as the Assistant Chief Financial Officer and was promoted in 2017 as their Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Spectrum Health and Human Services is one of the largest and most comprehensive behavioral health organizations in Western New York. Mr. Dauman is an avid Buffalo Sabres fan and lives in Lancaster, New York with his wife of 28 years and two children Zachary and Amber.
