Originally created as a managed behavioral health organization (MBHO), Lucet pivoted to becoming a behavioral health optimization company. While Lucet still performs its core services, it has reoriented its business around using technology and analytics to achieve engagement and access measures: 1. Reach (getting as many people as possible into care), 2. Speed of care (connecting consumers into care more quickly), and 3. Quality of care outcomes (matching consumers with high quality providers). Part of this strategy has centered around New Directions acquiring Tridiuum, and together forming Lucet, a digital behavioral health company dedicated to advancing behavioral-medical integration.
